like, seriously..
now i'm craving for this!


i gaven't gone swimming for a while now.
bila nak swim je, hujan. bila hujan je, nak swim. apakah?
swimming pool kat rumah takde roof, so apekes la nak pegi swimming time hujan kan.. *alasan*

so.. 
the only thing left that i am so rajin adalah doing sit-up twice a day, everyday.

akan tetapi.
kalau dah hari-hari mentekedaghah:
breakfast:  nasi lemak/nasi goreng/nasi himpit + milo ais.
lunch: nasi / kek secret recipe / mocha espresso / milo ais

pastu sekarang ni craving for ice cream pulak..

hmm.
memang confirm la tak fit.
tsk.

haiih.
how laaa to get rid of these fat..........
